I can run the game perfectly fine at high settings, at 60+ FPS, but whenever a cutscene is loading to be played, my FPS tanks to 4-5, and usually takes about 10 seconds to recover. 60 fps and 40 fps for 120hz displays options would be great too. so memorable.
